I had to include this pretty thing that sits out front. Any idea what this plant is called?

I hope everyone is having a lovely Spring, and thanks for stopping by!

New Inventory at Freedom Farmstead

It’s been a very busy week to say the least!! We have numerous projects in the works so stay tuned! Here are some products that we have recently added to our Etsy Store. Click here to shop the store, and thank you for looking!

To say I love taking a bath is a HUGE understatement.  Like mother like daughter I guess.  The idea stemmed from when I was shopping at Anthropologie.  The wood bath caddy I wanted there was $168!  Yikes!  So I had Justin build me a replica, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome!  The last picture shows the wood bath caddy in an oval tub.  We can customize orders to fit the shape and size of your bathtub.  Each bath caddy comes with a homemade soap bar from Purcell Soaps.

Another new product is this barn wood rustic & industrial shelf.  I’m a Pinterest addict as you know, so adding the pipe was inspiring because it’s trending like mad!  This particular piece of barn wood came from an old dairy farm in Idaho.  It’s great because it’s also multifunctional and can be used in any room.

FreedomFarmstead

FreedomFarmstead.  For those of you who don’t already know, here is a little background.  My brother in-law, Justin McKerrow, grew up on the Freedom, New York convention grounds.  His parents still live there.  Thence, Freedom Cleaning Services and FreedomFarmstead.  Justin and I go back and forth sharing pictures of things for the home that we both like.  Then, suddenly it’s built! Just the other day I sent him a picture of the rustic/industrial paper towel holder and wa laa. The next day it existed!

The blanket ladder in the living room is a favorite of mine.  They made one for my baby shower, and I absolutely love it!  The rusty, square headed nails are from the old Freedom, NY convention barn on his parent’s property.  Kind of neat!  I remember seeing one similar at Pottery Barn, but I wasn’t going to pay full price.

I have my eye on a wood bath caddy at Anthropologie.  $168….for some wood and stain?!  No way!  That’s the next project anyways, and I’m not at all excited 🙂

After that, my dining room table needs a planter box.

…… this could get fun!! Stay tuned and check back often for new items listed! Click here to see our Etsy store.

Have a good night!

Love, Rach
